Time waster.
Made order as agreed and days later he ignored all messages and failed to send payment.
He then got back in touch a while later and said that he couldn’t pay till the next week.
I stupidly believed him and waited another week and he still didn’t pay.
Look at his other reviews clearly a common occurrence.
