Not everyone's cup of tea

"Not everyone's cup of tea is a common idiom that means something is not to everyone's taste or preference. It is often used to describe something that is considered unusual, strange, or not mainstream."

I think it's easy to fall under the radar here, and feel as though you are not being seen or heard, both as a buyer and seller, we are all so different and unique in every way, to the point, I've not met a buyer, nor seller that has been the same as another, physically, socially, intellectually or emotionally; Each and every single one of us have something here that no one else does, and it's our authenticity.

However, this being said, I think we can all raise our hand as say we have come under some form of scrutiny whilst in the world of the sex industry whether it be about our looks, our personality, our kinks, or our attitude and sometimes that can make you feel somewhat inadequate. It can make us feel a sense of isolation and make us withdraw from the community.

This blog is just to make people think twice, and realise that it's ok to not be everyone's cup of tea, to remind you that sometimes it's not about you, the reason one may choose not to interact with you, understand you or approach you, can based on them, how they feel, their interests, insecurities or preferences and not necessarily something lacking within you; after all, who could know the real you from a picture or virtual profile.

To remind all who come here and exchange their energies, to do so carefully to avoid desensitization and burnout and most importantly to remind all not to compare yourself to others, whether in mind, body or spirit.

I feel sometimes although there is so much love in this community, a certain look, gesture, status, can put you in stereotypical category, though you could be the complete opposite having get to know you; I feel words written on posts, photos and messages may be misinterpreted, and judgments get made by appearance and types though we have never actually interacted with these people.

A reminder that if you are someone who judges or stereotypes, that someone could just be your cup of tea, if you give them the chance, that there is more than meets the eye and that person's soul is as deep as an ocean; filled with complex thoughts, love, trauma, connections, teachings and experiences, it's almost impossible to ever fully know someone ever in this world, but comprehension is a beautiful thing.

Look beyond what meets the eye, engage and explore every type of person, they could share so many characteristics and interests with you, even though they portray the complete opposite, be tolerant and understanding, you never know who can come your way.

But most of all above all else, a reminder to you that you don't have to tick everyone's boxes, you don't have to mimic others in order to succeed, all you have to be is authentically you, you are enough.

When you are being authentic, it releases High Hz of frequency from you, the most energy hertz next to love. If this doesn't tell you that being authentic is the highest form of self-love, I don't know what will. Never change to fit in the box, stay outside the box, stand out, be noticed, be you.

There is no one in the world that will ever compare to you, you were beautifully designed, the only one in the world to have your unique DNA structure, the only one to see from your eyes. Give yourself credit where it's due and love yourself unapologetically and authentically. Find solace and joy in the pursuit of your passions.

Navigate the world with your confidence as a person who has embraced their own uniqueness. Don't seek the approval of those who failed to comprehend you; instead, find your tribe, those who recognize and celebrate the brilliance of you and your true spirit. In the end, it doesn't matter had you been accepted by society if you didn't accept yourself, flaws and all. And in that acceptance, you'll find your true light.

Never think you are second best to anyone, believe that you are enough every time, and be true to yourself, never undersell yourself, never make yourself uncomfortable to suit the needs of others, no amount of money is worth that self-betrayal.

For in the tapestry of humanity, diversity is key,

A symphony of colors, a vibrant and rich melee.

Celebrate your quirks, your flaws, and your eccentricities,

For they make you who you are, a masterpiece of intricacies.

Cause you may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you will be someone's favorite cup of tea.
