Complete mess around time waster, will change if the completes the order he keeps messaging me about but ignoring when it comes to payment

Decent experience with making some custom photos for him, but was ghosted the second time he requested an order. Not sure what happened!

So unfortunately the same as the other bad reviews. He asked me about photos and we agreed on a price and I was going to take the photos right then while I was tanning and then he never paid or responded. It's been 5 hours and I have him a good deal for $10. Don't understand why he hasn't responded or paid his $10 order. Hopefully since I also see in the one review that getting back to people in a timely manner is a problem, I just hear from him tonight and get paid. I'd gladly change the review once he sends money
