I ordered a custom video and vial from Skylar. She completed the custom video in a timely manner and was very communicative with me. However, she said she caught covid along the same time and that left me uncomfortable shipping it to me. I didn’t want to wait for her to recover and risk getting infected. I requested a partial refund for the physical item but she did not want to give me a partial refund. In the end, I told her not to ship and took the loss.

The only thing I would say is just be wary of her. Her items are overpriced, she’s extremely rude, and not very understanding. She has no compassion for her buyers and just pure greed. Nonetheless, I hope you have a speedy recovery and wish you well.
