Buyers please do not trust her or buy from her whatever you do

I made a purchase of a perishable item from this seller. I paid extra for overnight shipping and it was supposed to be sent frozen with ice and in an insulated container. Turns out that the seller only sent it 2-day. By the time it arrived everything had melted and most of the contents had leaked everywhere. The post office actually put the package in a plastic bag because it was actively leaking. I requested a refund, but she is ignoring my messages.
