I am actually reluctant to be even writing this review, but on reflection decided that the truth needs to be told. Initially I had good conversation with Fifixo and off the back of the conversation, decided to place an order, and was clearly told that the order would be delivered to me in a matter of days after payment was made. However, I have been given a string of excuses and most definitely lies about where my order was on various occasions when I have had to chase it up. After a whole month of disputes, getting Admin involved and still being lied to about my order, I did eventually receive it, nearly a month after I was clearly told when it would be with me. When I was also told Never to communicate with Fifixo, I was actually quite happy not to do exactly that: not communicate with her. But as stated, I think the truth needs to be put down here, just to let others know the experience I have endured with this seller. I have been on ATW for several months and I have given All other sellers who I have purchased from 5 star reviews simply because they have been true and real in everything they have done with and for me. Sadly the same cannot be said for Fifixo. I’m still very unhappy and disappointed to be even writing this review. But I want the truth to be told, which is what I have done.
