Time waster, avoid and save your time girlies

Spent a really long time going back and forth on an order. Agreed to pay for the item and shipping fee due to it being an international delivery, after taking a very long and making up some excuse he then decided to pay me for the item only. Apparently, he "doesn't need tracking shipping" but he still thought I'd be sending his item to a different for free!! He has since said he will pay for shipping but surprise surprise, I'm still waiting. No shipping details, no details sent so I can send him the money back. I get the feeling he's one of those losers that just get a kick out of annoying women. Avoid at all costs ladies! Admin contacted.
