TLDR: buyer placed an order. seller did not complete. seller went back to china to spend last months with her beloved grandmother who is now in the clouds. seller has come back to apologise and issue full refund. buyer is actively ignoring seller every single day and keeps his 1* review on seller’s wall.

mike, i’ve tried my upmost best to resolve things and give you back your money but you are reading my messages and not replying - i do not know why you are not replying. i felt bad at first but it’s been over a week of me trying to reach out to you but you’re actively ignoring me and now it’s just rude and hurtful.

you know that you are hurting me (emotionally, and also reputationally)

you’ve been here for 3 years and i imagine you are well versed with how much relationships, reputation, and reviews means to both buyers and sellers.
you claimed in your review of me that i ‘steal money and runs away’ - i do NOT do that. i have never once lied/cheated/scammed anyone. i understand why you wrote it at the time, but having learnt that my grandmother passed away????? you have absolutely no compassion. i am trying to GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY but you are ignoring me. i have no choice but to leave you a review myself. i’m incredibly hurt, offended, and shocked by your evident apathetic behaviour.

i still am apologetic towards for having not communicated but 6 months back but i do not regret one single bit that i did so to spend the last months with my grandmother.
