What an extremely crappy, crappy, crappy, experience. She doesn't even deserve a one star. I mean I'm beyond frustrated with this girl. She got paid to deliver absolutely no service. It's been over a month I'm still waiting for my order. The girl is not even empathic or understanding and don't even apologize, she's like whatever. I had to called administrator on her twice and she's damn clueless. How she got those reviews is beyond my compression.
