I placed an order with the seller on April 5. From the very beginning, I gave her specific details for what I wanted out of a custom photo order. Which she agreed to complete the following day. She had to delay the order for personal reasons and requested to delay the order for the following day. Which I understood and agreed to. The following day, she informed me that she did not own a matching lingerie set for the custom photos and requested to use a mismatched set. I politely informed her that was not what we agreed upon. At that point, I requested a refund. The last message I received was her informing me she would look again for a matching set. She then proceeded to block me and cancel the order. Without returning my funds! I sent a refund request to her desired payment method. Which she also denied! Since she has no intention of returning my funds. I have reported her to the site Administrator. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this seller.
