I had extensive discussions with this buyer about their order, providing images of items they were interested in, including those not yet available in my shop. After about two days of back-and-forth, the buyer confirmed the order, and I sent my payment details. When the payment didn’t come through, I reached out to the buyer to check for any issues, but despite reading my message, they chose not to respond, which prompted this review. My profile clearly states that if the order is no longer needed or if any issues arise, I should be informed. Ignoring my messages wastes my time and results in a one-star review. Additionally, another seller linked to the buyer unexpectedly contacted me about the situation, implying that the buyer had no interest in working with me, as though he never engaged and did not just talk about an order for the past two days.I Never seen or spoken to this seller before, so seems like this buyer is not being honest with one or both of us, and seeing as how she reached out, the buyer clearly said something to her or she would have not have know. I find this behavior unprofessional and frustrating, as it feels like the buyer is leading me on and creating unnecessary drama. I do have the full conversation with this buyer to back up my review.
