Same issue as other reviews. Got him pricing for shipping out of US and got custom forms...he agreed to prices and asked for PayPal info. I created an order an nothing. Hasn't read messages or proceeded in moving forward with order now 48 hours+...

Won't give straight answers to questions. Huge time waster & never sent payment.
