Set up order and ghosted

Created an order over a week ago and still no payment

Order set up since 4th September, said he would sort out payment many times. Asked if he still wanted to pay/keep the order many times and each time said yes. Last week told me he’s out over £100k into a shop so can’t pay them said he’d pay over the weekend. Asked again if he still wanted to go through with order to which he said yes. 3 days ago asked me how much he owed me (even though order is set up with amount and has been for 2 weeks) and ever since I replied no response but still new reviews. Cancelling order now as you’ve wasted my time for 2 weeks.

Time waster who messed me about with a sexting session, said he wanted to go ahead, agreed a price, I created the order, then never bothered replying to me despite me messaging him a few times to ask what was happening. Avoid! I have proof of conversation.
