Everything was going decent until she didn't do some things that we discussed and agreed on that she would do in the video even after I asked her if she understood everything and she said yes. She refused to redo the video and accused me of lying about not doing what I asked her even after I explained what she didn't do, and she accused me of trying to get a "free video". She expected me to pay the extra fees so that she didn't lose anything, but she messes up and expects me to be fine with it and not redo the video or do anything to try to make up for it. Very poor service and not very caring!
