Person who is not serious I ordered items and she only sent one without warning and without refunding anything. Run away

A little over a month and a half ago I made a post for a custom video idea. She reached out and with interest in doing it for me. We discussed everything she was down for it and told me I would be next in line for custom content. she kept making excuses on why the video wasn’t done. I tried to be respectful because things happen. The video was finally completed and it wasn’t at all what I was looking for. I checked over the details to make sure I didn’t tell her wrong or see if anything said could have been confused but everything look straight forward. So I told her I wasn’t happy with it and it wasn’t what I paid for and the quality was terrible. She got very defensive but I explained everything and showed her that the details were in the messages. She offered to redo it for me at half length. We agreeed that would be ok and that was a little over a month ago. I messaged her 2 weeks later and she gave another excuse and said she would have it done by that weekend. I messaged her a few days later and asked if I could get and update and never got a response so I tried again a few day later. I tried a total of 4 times over 2 weeks before I got a response. And keep in mind she was on almost daily throughout those 2 weeks. She told me it had already been sent and and she was at work she would look into it after she got home. It’s been 2 days and still haven’t heard anything.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but I feel she deserves it and would highly suggest you take this review into consideration when buying from her. I’m highly disappointed that she’s ok with the content she sent. Not only that it wasn’t what I asked for but the quality. In all honesty if the quality was good in the first I wouldn’t have left her a review.
